The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a certification and compliance process designed to certify that DoD contractors have the controls in place to protect sensitive data. The data include Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for the more than 300,000 Prime and Subcontractors.
