How to do business with L3Harris Technologies

 

Daisy Galvan, Supplier Diversity Liaison Officer, L3 Harris Technologies

Ms. Galvan is part of the L3Harris Supplier Diversity Team, which is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the Comprehensive Small Business Subcontracting Plan, increasing awareness to all departments within L3Harris IMS, counseling suppliers, establishing initiatives that will enhance subcontracting bidding opportunities for small business concerns and ensuring L3Harris’s performance to all Small Business goals.

Ms. Galvan joined L-3 Communications in 2014 as a Supplier Diversity Liaison Officer and received her Certification as a Supplier Diversity Professional through Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals.  Prior to her current position, Ms. Galvan served as SBLO and Senior Buyer for BAE Systems.

 

Paul Ray, CSDP, Supplier Diversity Officer, L3 Harris Technologies

Paul Ray is a Supplier Diversity Officer, Core Proposal Manager, and administrator for Mentor-Protégé Program agreements for L3Harris Integrated Missions Systems Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence Supplier Diversity Office. He has worked in the aerospace/defense industry for 24 years. Prior to joining the Supplier Diversity Office, he managed proposals. He also served as the Educational Chair for the Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals and continues to support that nonprofit organization as a committee member.

 

Valerie Marchand, Procurement Specialist, CTPTAC

Valerie Marchand is a government Procurement Counselor with the Connecticut Procurement Technical Assistance Center (CTPTAC). Valerie brings 23 years’ experience in government contracting from the Aerospace and Defense Industry. She has experience in exporting (exporting compliance coordinator), importing, logistics, operations management, program management, small business liaison, and supply chain management. She earned her Program Management Certification from UC Irvine, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Green Mountain College. She has experience working for major government contractors doing business in the defense industry. Namely, Allied Signal, L3 Technologies Inc., and Northrop Grumman.
