Gwendolyn Tillman, Corporate Director, Global Supplier Diversity Programs, Northrop Grumman Corporation
In this role, Gwen leads the enterprise supply chain and supplier diversity team, and is responsible for strategic development and execution of the company’s Supplier Diversity program as well as providing policy direction to all company elements to ensure corporate wide compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Public Law, internal and external customer and company requirements.
Gwen joined Northrop Grumman in 1986 and brings years of knowledge and experience in supply chain and supplier diversity. Her most recent position was corporate manager, Global Supplier Diversity Programs/Government Relations, where she was responsible for implementation of the company’s supplier diversity strategic plan and served as operations manager for the corporate supplier diversity program. Prior assignments within Northrop Grumman include Corporate Manager, Mentor-Protégé, Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) programs and small business programs and supplier relations positions within the Aeronautics Systems sector.
