Coaching Your Government Proposal Team @ FREE Webinar with coupon code CT2020
Apr 2 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Responding to government proposals takes a large team, often made up of people who do not usually work together. How do you bring them together to work toward a common goal, which may be outside of their regular projects? How do you keep everyone on the same page? How do you keep the proposal on schedule with competing deadlines?

By attending this training, you will learn processes and organizational habits to get your team moving together from the start, to keep proposals moving forward, and to build a high-performing team quickly.

After more than 20 years of working with firms of all sizes across the country, A/E/C consultant Carrie Ann Williams has seen how successful teams form and operate. Now she has distilled the key elements into five proven steps you can implement at your organization to build high-performing groups that engage and inspire.

In this session, Carrie Ann shares stories and insights from A/E teams that have succeeded and those that have struggled. You’ll be inspired to bring these practices to your own firm – to re-energize employees, multiply team effectiveness, and drive greater revenue.

This 90-minute session includes discussion and examples of:

  • Implementing the five elements found in every high-performing team
  • Fast team building for people who haven’t worked together
  • Deadline-meeting strategies for keeping teams on schedule
  • Focusing tactics for when teams get off course
  • Proven team motivators for pushing through the finish line

Target Audience: Marketing & sales personnel, HR personnel

Set Up Your Proposal Process for Success @ FREE Webinar with coupon code CT2020
Apr 9 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Have you started writing a proposal with an excited team only to be pushing up against the submission deadline? Or you’ve been tracking the opportunity for months and had a solid capture plan in place, but it came out well before you expected.

Solicitations don’t always hit your desk at the perfect time, and even the best teams aren’t always available to draft great content. But, with a solid process in place, your firm can maximize the internal resources and provide the right guidance to your proposal writing team to get everyone on the right track and meet the submission deadlines.

In this session, proposal manager Carrie Ann Williams will provide an overview of the process and tactics to develop a successful, compliant proposal, including:

  • Go/No-Go Decisions
  • Alignment of solicitation requirements
  • Overview of proposal strategy and win theme creation
  • Development of a compliance matrix
  • Hosting of a productive Kick-Off meeting
  • Development of a proposal schedule
  • Outlining of writing assignments
  • Gathering of data to create an impact

Target audience: business owners, product/service team members, business development and marketing professionals, proposal managers and anyone involved in the creation of a response to a solicitation. This webinar is particularly valuable for those who respond to solicitations that have qualifications and technical approach components.
